Frazzy Dazzles

I am a wife of one, mother of two and part time creator of the visions in my mind. I live in a city in country New South Wales Australia and have no desire to live anywhere else…at the moment.

Frazzy Dazzles is a grouping of the things that make me happy. My children inspire me through their games, their play, their laughter and their friendships. Fabrics call to me from their bolts in all those gorgeous stores that I could get lost in for hours if time would just allow. So much so that I often wonder if the shop assistants would mind if I was to throw a pile of them on the ground and roll on them in an attempt to absorb them via osmosis! Never tried it though!

Paints and coloured pencils are never far from my mind. I love children’s books, illustrations, toys and games. I love the innocence of play. The fact that in the eyes of a child play has no bounds. I admire the skills of women borne from generations of necessity and handed down tricks and secrets that allow them to create the beautiful from what they have to hand. I love the imperfect, the quirky, the interesting, the random and the integrity of truly loved objects.
